How Arventis Digital Solutions handles personal information provided through this website and direct business enquiries.
1. Who we are
Arventis Digital Solutions is a division of Arventis Group (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/159148/07. Our public privacy contact is contact@arventisdigital.co.za.
2. Information you may provide
You may provide information when contacting ADS by telephone, WhatsApp, email or through the website enquiry form. This may include your name, organisation, contact details, service interest, project timing, optional budget range, current process and description of the requirement.
3. Why we use information
ADS uses enquiry information to understand and respond to requests, communicate about potential services, arrange discovery conversations, prepare proposals or quotations where appropriate, and maintain relevant business records. Information should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the enquiry.
4. Responsible processing
ADS aims to process personal information lawfully, fairly and transparently; for a defined purpose; in a proportionate manner; and with reasonable care. Submitting an enquiry does not create a project agreement or require you to proceed.
5. Technical and log information
The current website does not include analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps for security, reliability and operations.
6. Sharing and service providers
ADS does not sell enquiry information. When you submit the website contact form, the information entered is transmitted to Formspree, the service provider used to process and deliver the enquiry to ADS. ADS uses the submitted information to respond to the enquiry and manage related communication. You may alternatively contact ADS by telephone, WhatsApp or email.
7. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, related business records, legal obligations or the establishment and protection of legitimate rights. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the communication and any resulting business relationship.
8. Security
ADS intends to use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. The contact form uses a verified HTTPS Formspree endpoint and spam controls, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable South African law, you may ask ADS to confirm whether it holds your personal information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a concern. Requests can be sent to contact@arventisdigital.co.za. ADS may need to verify identity and consider applicable legal requirements before acting.
10. Cross-border processing
Some hosting, email or form service providers may process data outside South Africa. Where this applies, ADS aims to consider appropriate contractual, technical and legal safeguards for the information and service involved.
11. Children’s information
The website and ADS services are intended for business and organisational enquiries, not for children. A child should not submit personal information without appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website infrastructure, enquiry workflow or applicable requirements change. The current revision date will be shown on this page.
13. Contact
Privacy enquiries may be sent to contact@arventisdigital.co.za or raised by telephone on 071 619 4455.
